Multiple Ways to Purchase

Everyone is welcome to purchase on this site. Retail prices include all normal delivery ground shipping cost within the continental United States.

You also can identify a member of the DESIGN TRADE who carries our line of product, view the product in person at their retail establishment and purchase directly from one of our business partners if they have the item in stock at the time of your visit. Or, they will be happy to process a special order for you.

If you are a member of the Design Trade you can qualify for TRADE PRICING AND TERMS once you submit certain required business details and trade references which substantiate you are an active member of the business design trade. Shipping cost and time limits associated with retail purchases do not apply to Trade Pricing purchases noted below.

Credit Card Processing

We accept VISA, MASTER CARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Your card is charged for the product when we ship. We will generally ship your retail order within 14 business days (this does not include transit time to your location).

Occasionally, delivery might exceed 30 days due to product demand and stocking levels. If this happens, we will contact you to provide an estimated ship date. It will be your choice to keep the order in process or to cancel it.

Shipping and Delivery News

We select the best carriers available to us for delivery of your product. In most cases, we will use FEDERAL EXPRESS GROUND SERVICE. We pay all charges for normal ground service within the continental United States for all retail purchases. For orders outside the continental United States, our customer service representative will contact you with freight details and charges before charging your card for such deliveries.

In order to speed product to you, we will ship items as they are available. This means that if you have multiple units on order, you may receive multiple shipments.

If EXPRESS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY or 2nd and 3rd day EXPRESS DELIVERY is desired, such can be arranged. However, the buyer will be responsible for all associated charges.

For large items like chandeliers or floor lamps or large multiple piece orders, we will use the most appropriate common carrier truck service. When truck service is required due to the size of the item or order, a $45 lift gate fee is added to the order in order to have a specialized truck selected for delivery. It is your responsibility to meet the driver and remove the goods off the truck once he drops the lift gate to the ground. When truck delivery is involved, a freight company representative will contact you by phone to arrange delivery on a Monday through Friday basis, between 8am and 5pm.

Handling Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and we will refund you with a credit to the original credit card (excluding the cost of the return freight to Bradburn, if any). Simply follow the instructions below:

a. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.

b. If a RETURN is due to a defect or damage, such defect or damage must have been reported to our CUSTOMER CARE TEAM within 5 days of your receipt of the product. Call 1-800-814-5267. If a defect or damage is not reported within that time frame, no return will be accepted or credited.

c. Unless there is a defect or damage from shipping, all return items must arrive back at Elizabeth Marshall in resalable condition. All returned items must be packed in the original cartons, with the original packing materials. Products not returned in the original cartons, with the original packing materials will not be accepted for return.

d. Contact the Elizabeth Marshall Customer Care Team at 1-800-814-5267 between 9am and 5pm, Monday thru Friday EST for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

e. Write your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the packing slip and include the packing slip with the return in order to ensure credit.

f. Returns must be shipped PREPAID and INSURED to Elizabeth Marshall unless it is a return associated with a defect or freight damage. In the case of a defect, or freight damage, Elizabeth Marshall will pay for the cost of return shipping. Contact the Customer Care Team for instructions.

Damaged or Defective Product

Any damaged or defective product must be reported to our Customer Care Team within five days of your receipt of the product. Call 1-800-814-5267 or e-mail us at Service@ElizabethMarshall.com. Our Customer Care Team will assist you in arranging for a return of the product and replacement in accordance with our return policy. Be assured we will do everything possible to resolve a problem quickly and to your satisfaction.

Order Cancellation or Changes

If you would like to cancel an item that has not been shipped please e-mail our Customer Care Team at (CancelOrder@ElizabethMarshall.com) or call us at 1-800-814-5267. We will process the cancellation and e-mail you an acknowledgement of cancellation and we will issue a full credit to the original credit card associated with the order.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your retail order for shipments to residents of Georgia.

b. All data pertaining to a submitted order, with the exception of the ordered items, is saved for the duration of the life of that web order. c. The Bradburn Gallery may use aggregate data such as galleries and keyword searches for product development, website improvements, and marketing purposes.

d. The Bradburn Gallery may use the customer database for future marketing purposes including shipping catalog updates.

e. The Bradburn Gallery will not share data with third party companies unless said third party is directly involved in The Bradburn Gallery marketing effort. Example: Third party vendor managing the shipping of catalog updates.
